协助场长，技术员的农场管理工作。
Assist Farm Supervisor and technician with the management of farm.
每天检测农场生产数据和环境检测数据，并进行分析汇报。
Daily test production and environment data, and generate analysis reports.
协助组织员工进行生产安全，生物安全，饲养管理，通风管理等日常生产培训。
Assist to organize employees to conduct trainings of production safety, feeding management, ventilation management
Principal Accountabilities主要职责
1.40%: 学习肉鸡养殖管理：和技术员学习养殖管理并协助技术员安排农场每日饲养管理工作。按照技术员的要求落实以下行动：如定期安排饲养员调整水料线高度，垫料和脚垫管理，称重管理，用药管理等。并关注过程指导和结果分析，如检查水料线高度，垫料质量和脚垫比例，称重数据汇总，用药监督和药品包装回收等。
Learn the management of broiler breeding: learn from the technician, and assist technicians to arrange daily farm management. According to the requirements of technicians to implement the following actions: such as regular arrangements for feeders to adjust the water line height, matting and foot mat management, weighing management, drug management, etc. And pay attention to process guidance and results analysis, such as inspection of the height of the water line, the quality of the cushion and the proportion of the foot pad, the summary of the weighing data, the supervision of drug use and the recovery of the drug packaging.
2.30%: 学习农场员工管理：协助农场场长及技术员进行员工沟通和团队建设。如定期举行员工沟通会议，宣讲公司文
化,制定员工工作计划并组织员工进行培训，以提高农场员工工作积极性和工作效率。

3.30%: 生产和环境数据检测与汇总：每天检测各项数据，及时汇总分析。如收集本批次各项数据，与临近入雏的农场
数据进行对比分析。
