Responsibilities
工作职责

- Responsible for sales and market development of the dairy product line in the relevant province
负责奶牛产品线在相关区域的销售业务和市场的拓展

- Responsible for the management and communication with local distributor
负责与本区域经销商的管理和沟通。

- Responsible for the customer development and maintenance
负责维护本区域的客户，并开发新客户。

- Assist in seminars/farmers’ meetings and other marketing activities
协助研讨会，论坛等相关的市场推广活动

- Gathering market information
收集行业相关的市场信息，数据。

- Developing new business opportunities
挖掘和开发新的业务机会。

Requirements
要求

- Preferably a recognized degree in dairy science or animal husbandry
本科以上学历，奶牛科学或畜牧业专业

- Minimum 3 – 5 years of sales experience in the dairy segment is a must and relevant farm work experience is preferred
至少3-5年与奶牛相关产品的销售经验，有奶牛场的经验优先。

- Experience in managing distributors and customer development
有管理供应商和开发新客户的经验。

- Possess a good network of contacts with in the dairy industry in the relevant provinces
在奶牛行业中，有良好的关系网。

- Possess good business acumen as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
有良好的商业明锐性、人际交往能力及沟通技巧。

- Good communication and presentation skills via MS office application.
熟练运用Office 软件。

- Possess flexibility to travel within assigned territory.
能适应出差的要求

- Good team work attitude
